The Destination Workplace

The office of tomorrow isn't just a place to work—it's a place people choose to be. 355 Main is designed for professionals who want more than four walls and a door — a beautifully curated, move-in ready space in a boutique campus setting.

After numerous leasing attempts to various interested parties, management decided to leverage the parcel's gem: the seller's suite where Interwire housed its headquarters. We renovated the Vatche Simonian architect-led tenant improvement and maintained its single-user design into a destination office.

Dynamic Spaces transform throughout the day—reconfiguring for focus work, collaboration, meetings, workshops, and presentations. Premium Vitra furniture enables rapid adaptation to match any work style or team need.

The Campus

Armonk Professional Center

355 Main Street — The original Armonk Professional Center, built in the 1960s. An addition to the lobby by famed Architect Vatche Simonian seamlessly merges old and new. The new two-story glass enclosure and stone-clad elevator tower contrast with and yet complement the structure's original brick facade.

357 Main Street — Designed in 2006 by Vatche Simonian, this 22,000-square-foot glass-and-steel structure includes a subterranean parking deck. Large windows take advantage of natural light, while brick accents add continuity with the campus.

CADHISTORICAL

Original architectural drawings by Vatche Simonian (1993). The glass-enclosed lobby addition that inspired 'the lantern inside' vision — merging old and new through transparency and light.

It was with this artifact that management saw the vision of the lantern inside. The two-story glass enclosure designed by Vatche Simonian created an architectural dialogue between the original 1960s brick structure and a contemporary transparency — a lantern that glows from within, announcing arrival while preserving the campus's established character.
