To operationalize the AI-Native Office standard, North Castle Ventures and Trucast.AI have officially partnered to form Native Agentic LLC. This joint venture marks a critical milestone in the convergence of Class A real estate and deterministic edge compute.
As part of this alliance, Trucast.AI will take physical possession of Suite C at the Armonk Professional Center (355 Main Street) in the Fall of 2026, establishing their physical integration headquarters.
The joint venture includes the co-development and deployment of Nate — the Native Agentic Technical Engineer — a proprietary AI orchestrator. Nate conducts token-burn diagnostics, provisions localized NVIDIA silicon, and executes sovereign workflows directly within the physical footprint of the Armonk campus, providing heavily regulated institutions absolute hardware custody and data sovereignty.
